Composition
Camphor 4.8%, Eucalyptus oil 1.2%, Menthol 2.6%.
Dose
Use as needed.
How to use
This product can be used in three ways: 1. Topical application: Rub it on your chest, neck, and back for a soothing, warming sensation. 2. Inhalation: Inhale the steam directly from the container to help relieve nasal congestion. 3. Mixed with hot water: Dissolve 2 teaspoons of Vicks Vaporub in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water, then inhale the steam to ease your breathing.
Attention
For external use only or for inhalation of vapors. DO NOT SWALLOW. Keep out of reach of children. If fever or pain persists, consult a doctor. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
Contraindications
Not for use by children under 2 years of age. Do not use on open wounds, broken skin, or directly under the nostrils. Hypersensitivity to any of the components.
Side effects
On sensitive skin, mild irritation such as redness or burning may occur.
